Upon payment, Elevon provides a unique, shareable URL. This is a digital service delivered immediately upon successful transaction verification.
3. Availability
While we strive for 100% uptime, we cannot guarantee that the service will be available at all times due to maintenance or technical issues.

We collect the names and optional messages you provide to generate your proposal. We do not sell this data to third parties.
2. Payment Data
Payment processing is handled securely by Paddle. Elevon does not store your credit card or sensitive financial information on our servers.

1. Digital Nature
Because our service is a digital product delivered immediately upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds once the shareable link has been generated and accessed.
2. Technical Issues
If you experience a technical failure (e.g., the payment was processed but the link was never generated), please contact our support team, and we will resolve the issue or provide a full refund.
3. Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for "change of mind" after the proposal has been created and the payment processed.
